When using PayPal for payment please ensure that the address you want to ship to is specified correctly at the PayPal site. My system unfortunately does not always transfer the shipping address you specified at my site to the PayPal site. I must ship to the PayPal provided shipping address NOT the one you specified at my site so please ensure that the shipping address at PayPal is the correct one.

If you reside in a country other than the United States and use a US-based shipping forwarder service you MUST use Paypal for payment. Your shipping address at Paypal checkout MUST be that of the shipping forwarder. Please ensure that your shipping address at the PayPal site is correct.
The risk of loss and title pass to you when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier. All packages include tracking. You may request insurance for an additional cost. Please be aware that orders over $100 will require a signature to accept delivery; please plan accordingly.
Our domestic shipping rates for orders in the contiguous 48 states are as follows: $4.99 for all orders. 99.9% of domestic orders ship via US Postal Service (first class if the package is under 16 oz, otherwise priority mail). Orders over $500 may ship via UPS or FedEx. If you have a request for a particular carrier or service, please ask.
Blinky believes in recycling. Your order may be shipped in a recycled box. In addition to being better for the environment, this helps keep shipping costs down.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
We will exchange or refund damaged/defective items only. Claim must be made within 5 days of package delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
