Store PoliciesSHIPPING Beholder The Bargains currently ships only within the United States and Canada. Our domestic shipping rates for orders in the contiguous 48 states are as follows: $2.99 for all orders under $100. Orders totally $100 or more ship for FREE! 99.9% of domestic orders ship via US Postal Service (first class if the package is under 13 oz, otherwise priority mail). Orders over $500 may ship via UPS or FedEx. If you have a request for a particular carrier or service, please ask. Shipping to Canada is calculated based on order total and will be shown before you finalize your order. All shipments to Canada are via US/Canada post. Customs forms will indicate "used merchandise" for the full amount of the invoice. You are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees that your country assesses. Returned packages due to non-payment of taxes/duties/fees will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. In order to abide by Paypal policies, we require tracking on all shipments, which makes postage quite expensive when shipping internationally. The amount we charge up front is an estimate. The actual charge will be exact postage + $3. In some cases (if you order a lot of heavy/huge miniatures), your shipping charge may be *greater* than the amount charged. This is rare, but should it occur, you will be contacted for additional shipping charges to be paid before the order is shipped. If you want to assume the risk of shipping, you can request first class mail without tracking but payment must be sent via money order payable in US funds (no paypal). The shipping charge would still be exact postage + $3, but first class is much cheaper than Priority w/tracking. Please contact us for details on "at your risk" shipping. Due to overwhelming numbers of orders (thanks!) and the fact that we are a one man, one aberration operation, average order processing time is 48 hours. Please allow 2 business days before inquiring about the status of an order. Blinky is working as fast as he can but he has a day job and many minions to manage. Thanks!
