Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can see an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart (accurate only for orders in the contiguous 48 states). Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Beholder The Bargains currently ships only within the United States and Canada. Our shipping rates are as follows in the 48 contiguous states: $2.99 for all orders under $100 and orders of $100 or more ship for FREE! Shipping rates to Canada will be calculated before you confirm your order and are based on order dollar amount. Please see our Policies page for more detailed information on shipping charges and options.
Q: What if one or more of my items is damaged/missing? A: We will exchange or refund damaged merchandise at our discretion if a claim is made within 5 days of package delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Missing items will be either shipped or refunded.
